The classic double room had a decent size and sufficient storage for a weekend stay. It was pleasantly decorated, making for a nice environment despite some quirks.
The room allocated was right below the kitchen, leading to a noisy experience with footsteps and staff moving about during early breakfast prep—definitely not ideal for a solid night's sleep. the plumbing was peculiar, with faded and hard-to-read instructions. Internet connection was spotty, leaving me scrambling for a signal in my room on the third floor. While the hotel had potential, it felt a bit tired with many small issues that needed attention, especially considering the price.

The hotel is ideally situated near Russell Square, making it convenient to explore the West End. The superior room was spacious and offered a comfortable stay. cleanliness was an issue. dust was visible, and items from previous guests were found in the wardrobe. the bathroom facilities were outdated with peeling paint and a broken flush.

Great Location but Needs Improvement
Had a lovely time overall. The proximity to attractions made exploring easy. The staff greeted us with complimentary tea and biscuits, a thoughtful touch. the bathroom lacked ventilation, and the room felt a bit cramped. For future guests, check if ventilation issues have been resolved.

The location is fantastic, nestled in a calm area near Russell Square and within walking distance to attractions like the British Museum. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy space to unwind after a long day.
The room I stayed in had some annoying quirks—particularly, the air conditioning system was unreliable. It struggled with inconsistent heating, leaving me too warm at times and forcing me to ask for help to adjust it. Plus, the carpet felt like it had seen better days. some stains gave it a worn-out look that detracted from an otherwise decent room. Another bummer was the low water pressure in the shower, making it less than ideal for a proper rinse-off.

The Comfort Quadruple Room was spacious and super convenient for our group of four girls. The beds were comfy and there was enough room to move around without bumping into each other. the decoration felt a bit outdated, and we had some issues with the heating making the room overly warm at times. we had a comfy stay with plenty of space to relax after exploring the city.

Cozy spot in a prime location!
Had a nice 2-night stay. The room was small but had a comfy bed, nice tea and coffee setup, and a bathtub! Super close to museums and a few tube stations, which made getting around easy. Breakfast options were fresh and plenty. Just wish the bathroom could’ve used a little sprucing up. a solid choice for a city getaway!

The hotel had a fantastic location, just a short walk from the British Museum and other attractions. The staff welcomed me warmly and were attentive throughout my stay. My room felt spacious compared to typical London standards. The décor may have been a bit dated, but there was a thoughtful use of space. I appreciated the little details, like having a kettle and tea in my room. the bathroom wasn’t up to par. it had signs of wear, like cracked tiles and a persistent leak from the ceiling. The air conditioning system also struggled during my stay, making it uncomfortable at times. The breakfast didn’t impress. The options were limited and poorly executed, despite being included with the room. Staying here was enjoyable thanks to the location and helpful staff, but the room conditions seriously impacted my comfort.
